This plugin allows customers to submit a one-time custom price offer on any product. Store admins can then accept or reject the offer.

Installation:

1. Upload the plugin folder to your `/wp-content/plugins/` directory.
2. Activate the plugin via the WordPress admin dashboard under “Plugins”.
3. Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Custom Offer (if available) to configure basic preferences.

Usage:

1. On each product page, a “Make an Offer” field will appear.
2. Customers can submit a price offer only once.
3. Store admin will receive a notification and can:
